Currently based in Guadalajara, building AI-integrated tools, running popup dining events, and moving back into product management with a focus on remote-first teams.

The thread through everything. I manage remote, cross-functional teams across time zones using Agile and Scrum — from developer sprints to content production pipelines. Now integrating AI tooling into product workflows, building tools that bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

From co-founding a Shopify business to leading digital transformation at scale. I’ve managed catalogue architecture, product UX, international expansion, and platform migration — building ecommerce systems where operational complexity and brand experience actually work together.

Content Strategy & Editorial

A decade of editorial work across food, travel, and culture for publications including the New York Times, Saveur, and Lonely Planet. That same editorial lens applies to content systems, SEO architecture, and brand voice — I’ve built content operations for agencies and media brands in Tokyo and beyond.

Food & Hospitality

I run NOMI, a popup dining series that started in a Harajuku loft in 2017 and now operates in Guadalajara — recipe development, menu design, supplier sourcing, and the operational complexity of presenting beautiful food for guests. I built NOMI Recipe Studio to manage this: a purpose-built tool for professional recipe development, event costing, and menu planning.

Building

Cooking
